The chat support agent is responsible for handling customer inquiries through a chat interface.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire the content: The first step is to acquire the content to be entered in the form of paper documents, database files, online sources, etc.
•  Prepare the documents: The documents need to be prepared by removing staples, straightening paper, and scanning them.

•  Enter the data: Once the documents are ready, they need to be entered into the database. Depending on the type of data, the data can be entered manually or using software such as optical character recognition.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
