Roles and Responsibilites

• Understands a brand ethos and executes shoots accordingly
• Well versed with varied lighting, background set ups and overall styling language for multiple brands
• Ensure that the imagery selected is in line with the guidelines
• Explain guidelines to hair and makeup artists
• Provide feedback to Junior stylists on functional aspects
• Undertakes special projects and ensure end to execution of the same
• Decisively troubleshoots styling challenges on-set using knowledge of visual brand

Functional Competencies 

• Should be up-to-date with current fashion trends
• An eye for style and attention to detail
• Should be able to work under high pressure without compromising on quality
• Ability to generate out-of-the -box ideas to improve visual appeal of the product
