The Post Telecalling Executive is responsible for providing post-sales support.

Responsibilities: 

• Answer customer queries and complaints, provide information
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and finding solutions
• Train customers on how to use products and services

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in providing post-sales support to customers in a telecommunications environment or Certificate in Telecommunication or in a related field
• Diploma or Certificate in Telecommunication or in a related field
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
